Exhibition rules

1.  Booth Facilities

(I) Shell Scheme: (9 sqm) - Booth dimension: 3m (W) x 3m (D) x 2.5m (H) - Include the basic fitting of: + Side and back partitions colored in neo-white and made of vinyl coated wood panels with aluminum frames. (Only pushpins or tape can be used to hang or paste items onto the partitions. Nailing/ drilling is prohibited) + Carpeted floor+ 01 Single phase socket + Fascia board in English+ 02 fluorescent lights + 01 waste paper basket+ 01 information counter, 02 chairs (II) Raw space: - Exhibitor is requested to build stand by himself or contact the Official Stand Building Contractor appointed by the Organizer. - No electricity is available at the raw space. Exhibitor is requested to set up his own wiring system from the main sources according to the instructions from the Organizer. - For any further information relating to the booth construction, please contact the Organizer. - Each booth must have its own panels. Any use of the adjacent booth’s panels is prohibited. If any panel is higher than the one behind it, acceptable decoration or material is required to cover the back of that panel.

2. Detail Construction Regulations

(I) Shell Scheme: Official Stand building contractor will co-ordinate with the Organizer to build package stands. (II) Raw space: - The maximum of height of a special display construction is determined as follows: + Central area: not exceed 5m + Discentral area: not exceed 3m - All stands must inform NCC technique criteria, specifications, quantity of brought-in materials. Before constructing, contractors should contact with the Organizer or NCC’s Technical Department to confirm and defind all possible locations in order to avoid damaging the building structure. - Any special design made by the Exhibitor should be sent to the Organizer not later than 15th December 2013 to be approved. It is prohibited to use passages at the inside and outside Exhibition halls for workshop, painting or laying boxes. (III) General - Any construction exceeds 2.5m of height is requested to get approval from Organizer so as to avoid any inconvenience for other exhibitors. - All waste materials and equipments must be removed out of the exhibition Hall at least 12 hours before Opening Time (before 20h of 04/03/2025). In the event that the Exhibitor fails to do so, the Organizer shall by his own arrangement and on the Exhibitor’s account to make a proper disposal. - Exhibitor must take all necessary precautions to prevent any harm to the property of the Exhibition venue. Any damage due to intentional or unintentional faults is requested for compensation. - During construction, exhibition and removal time, Exhibitors and/ or their contractors must carry badge distributed by the Organizer or NCC. Security staffs have right to refuse all people who have no badge. - During building-up and tear-down periods, all participants must properly follow: + Clients are not allowed to construct cable, steel wire, rope, electric line over steel pole or across the hallway without permission of NCC. Any pole, partition which cover eye sight or hallway are strongly prohibited. + Preparing works at NCC such as painting, carving, forging, digging, drilling into the floor, walls, poles, yard, … are not allowed. + All stands must be constructed at least 50cm away from the walls, 30cm away from the ceiling; avoiding technical box, fireplugs, power source and lighting system. - In the period of building up, display and clear-up time, each stand has to keep its own sanitation. Sanitary staff of NCC shall be responsible for general sanitation. All stands must be cleared up and garbage must be put on the alley before leaving for the sanitary staff to clean up. - In case any stand needs to do the vacuum cleaning, they should inform staff of Marketing Division to allocate worker timely and pay cleaning fee as bellows: + Standard booth (9m2): VND100.000/booth/time + Special booth: 10.000/m2/time - After stands are torn down, clients should clear up all rubbish, hard materials out of the center, return the rent space in condition received during take-over. Any violated participant will be punished under regulations of NCC.

3. Electricity and Water Supply

- Exhibitors are requested to ask Official Stand building Contractors to install water system and electricity source in Exhibition Halls. - The Organizer reserves the right to disconnect electric supply that may cause danger or annoyance to visitors and other exhibitors. - Power and water sources shall be connected/disconnected half an hour before/after the daily opening time. - Upon the Exhibitor’s request, power and water shall be supplied in the move in/ move out duration. - For large power capacity requirement, exhibitor is required to fill in relevant Forms (Form No 12) and forward to the Organizer via fax/mail by 10/01/2025.

4. Dates for Construction, Exhibit Delivery and Removal

(I) Raw space with special designed booth/pavilion: From 01/3/2025 to the end of 04/3/2025: 8h00 – 18h00 (II) Standard booth to exhibitor, delivery of exhibits and decorations: From 03/03/2025 to the end of 04/03/2025: 8h00 – 18h00 (III) Removal of exhibits and decorations: 07/03/2025: 18h00 – 24h00 08/03/2025 : 8h00 - 22h00 Overtime Charge: In regulation, the Exhibition venue is closed at 18h00; exhibitors who need to work on-site after the regulated time are required to inform the Organizer in a written document (Form No 5) by 17h00 on the day in question and have to pay overtime fee. Note: - During the opening hours, delivery and removal exhibits are not allowed. - The forwarding/transport Contractor of the Organizer will assist exhibitor in delivery and removal of Exhibits. - During construction/decoration or delivery/removal, exhibitors are requested to take a full responsibility for exhibits. The Organizer will not be liable for any lost or damage of exhibits before the Opening Ceremony, during construction, exhibition time and while/after exhibits' delivery/ removal.

5. Restrictions and Prohibitions

- Use of fire - Smoke - Use of high-volume noise for advertising purpose, entertainment, etc; - Distribution of advertisement, materials, publications.... that may not suitable with the local customs and culture or considered as harm for national security are banned. - Promotion material such as product catalogues and brochures can only be shown and Distributed by exhibitor within his or her booth. - No candle burning, cooking, heating in any form. Combustibles must be kept away from electricity and heat source. Electricity must be turned off before leaving. - Elevator and escalator system only available during exhibition time. Elevator is not for carrying goods and heavy items. Any violated participant will be punished under regulations of NCC.
